I'm not sure I have a G spot-- or if I do whether it's in working order. When I was 32, I developed incredible pelvic pain just above the base of my tallywacker but also extending along it. It was a combination severe pain and burning sensation. This was before I had ever had sex-- so it was not an STD. During the beginning part of the illness my urine stream was very restricted. The urologist thought that I might have a urethral stricture. I had a cystoscopy which only showed bladder wall inflammation. They finally decided it was prostatitis. The pain was severe enough to make me cry. It hurt on a daily basis for something like 2 months-- then it gradually went away slowly. I have had recurrent episodes since then-- only 2 or 3 have been as bad as the original and in general have lasted nowhere near as long. During the 1 St episode and several subsequent ones-- I remember getting a prostate exam by the doctor and breaking out in a cold sweat and almost fainting-- and not from joy either. Ever since then I've told physicians, I need to be lying on my side for exams and not standing leaning over the exam table with my elbows on it. It makes me feel like a wuss to have to lie down for the exam-- but what you gonna do. Over the years I've noticed that cumming too often in a short time period brings on an attack.
