Question: Do any escorts have a sense of humor?

I have found most escorts I have hired to not have much of a sense of humor. My dentist has a greater one than most.

 

Some, of course, are great and with an hour sometimes it is all business. But even on a trip...now come on...

 

Just wondered if it is not appropriate or what or just the nature of the beast?

Thanks, maybe it is just me. I have a quirky sense of humor and maybe it doesn't come thru. I love the guys I have been with (don't get me wrong) and it usually is a great experience but fun is one thing it usually isn't.

Adriano, I agree with you. Most of the guys I've been with have great senses of humor; I think it's a necessity in their line of work. For me it helps that I generally meet with a first time guy for a few hours so we get to know each other a bit. As Greatness points out, senses of humor are very subjective. One person can easily be offended by something that another finds funny. Therefore, it's possible that, during a quick one hour tryst, neither client nor escort wants to show his true sense of humor without first having gauged their "audience"; which is difficult to do during a brief encounter.

Seaclif, I understand completely. A couple of thoughts based on my own experiences. An hour appointment tends to be mostly business. Hiring for two hours gives both of us time to relax a little, relax a bit, and reveal the humor. I've found it also helps if I mention that I like humor/fun when I contact the guy.

I think quite a lot of escorts (the bad ones who should really not be doing it) do not enjoy their job and are just anxious to "do the deed" and get away. They are not a whole load of fun - in any respect.

Your not hiring the right guys. I have met a number of escorts who have a great sense of humor. I have also not had the opportunity to meet at lest one escort who I think is hilarious from his posts here (wink Rick).

While I have heard a lot posters claim the issue is with selection, I would ask have you asked for fun or introduce yourself with an egaging smile, maybe a joke about yourself. I think most gentlemen try to read their clients quickly, especially in a one hour appt. I am certainly not presuming anything about yourself and it may be the people you hire, but when I email and then talk to a gentleman, I actually say I am looking for fun, hot sweaty sex, but light around the edges.
