Rafael Carreras advertises on rentboy.com. I remember him some years ago being a hot porno star. He uses the same pictures as then.

I wondered if anyone has been with him recently, how he looks today etc. Is he almost 40 ?

I thought it was Rafael Alencar who was the dentist. But I get the two confused sometimes, so I'm probably wrong.

Raphael Alancar is Brazilian. He is also slightly (maybe more than slightly??) younger than Carreras. The whole dialogue from his dental background came in one of the earlier Michael Lucas films wherte Michael interviews the guys, and he talked openly of his dental studies in Spain (which confuses as Carreras is either Cubano raised Spain, or Spanish or Cubano educated in Spain or whatever), but whatever he is, he kisses voraciously, rims spectacularly, sucks like a python, and fucks like a rabbit!

Gman and Adriano46, you're both right. Both Rafaels (Alencar and Carreras) are ex-dentists.

 

I hope this clears things up (not that this has any relevance to the thread).

Well, yes and no on that one. If you graduated from Dental School, and then stopped practicing and let your license lapse, you are an "ex-dentist". My understanding is that Carreras was still practicing somewhere, but that was from a published interview some years ago. Geez either of them could easily stand over me with a drill and have their way with me with or without the license.

My ex dentist broke up with his lover, moved to Ft. Laud, started teaching high school math, and probably let his license lapse. He also had excellent oral skills which may have been enhanced by his having been a clarinetist and basoonist.

 

(Extra Credit - there are two frequent posters on the message board one of whom was a

professional clarinetist, and the also played bassoon).

I think I'd be looking for the dentist who used to play the trumpet or French Horn. Now those guys know how to move their lips and blow. Something about that

brass embouchure just works for me every time. Must be why I see people hanging around the stage door after an orchestra concert.

Well that certainly is intriguing. Althought the bassoonist worries me in much the same way an oboist worries me. Something about the double reed vibrating at different speeds that has negative effects on the brain. I don't think I've ever known an oboist who approached anything anyone would call "normal".

But I know for sure that Alencar was a dentist in Brazil ... but I thought that Carreras was a medical doctor in Cuba... but SD could sure be right...

 

As for "once a dentist always a dentist"..... I think you have to take a test and get certified to practice in the US, maybe even state to state. I am pretty sure that Alencar is making more $$$$ than any dentist that I know....different kind of drilling, I know.

 

Carreras lives in Ibiza.... he and his partner own a bar there and he only comes to the US for short periods of time usually in the early Spring but has to get back to Spain for the summer. I booked him around Christmas years ago and he is fantastic. Stellar ass, gorgeous face and probably the biggest dick that I have ever see... (until Juan's pic of Thor????) and a very sweet and into it guy. Booked him with Justice in 2009 and it didn't work out but he emailed me last Spring to let me know he was back in the US.... Hope to see him this time around...

I have seen Carreras several times, including recently. He is spectacular -- handsome, with a tight, muscular body (not bulky but perfectly proportioned), and an incredible dick. Yes, it's really big. He's also a very experienced sexualist, meaning he can get it up in the wink of an eye and screw you silly. He's pretty much top, though he's bottomed a couple of times in films, maybe could be convinced for you, I'm not sure. Very nice, smart guy. Originally Cuban, now lives in Spain (Ibiza as Okie says). He usually shows up in NY for a few weeks in the winter to make a couple of films and pick up some escorting money. He's worth every penny.
