I have to chime in here-- I have had at least one if not more-well, since the last one occurred some time ago and the memories are dim-- I will just say not great experience with guys reviewed here. The 1st time it happened it was with a very popular( at the time anyway) escort here on the Forum. I didn't say anything about it because I knew I'd be flayed to offer up a bad review. That's not to say I don't appreciate this site and all our lovable reviewers and members of this Forum, but as the saying goes, nothing this side of Paradise is perfect.

A critical part of using reviews on this site is to carefully read the description the reviewer gives of himself. Try to find reviews by clients who match your own description as close as possible. If the reviewer is some hot twenty or thirty year old who is a voracious top his experience was most likely very different than what I will experience as a seventy year old who is not interested in anal sex.

I agree with you that research is important but we have to acknowledge that there are going to be many times when there is NO information available here. This is epecially true outside the major markets. Sometimes we have to choose to go with our instincts (in the absence of experience) - and if someone doesn't go first, then no new escorts are reviewed,

 

And while good reviews here definitely increase your chances of avoiding disasters...not even great reviews here are a GUARANTEE that your experience will be 'great'.

And just in case it wasn't clear while I have had some less than stellar experiences with supposedly stellar escorts, I have also had some great times with escorts whose reviews were spot on-- so to mention a few Sean Knight of Cincinnati, AJ Irons of the OC, Romann now of Chicago, Dirk ( from Man to Man Escorts), and Alan Ladd of Houston just as examples.

First I must mention that Brooklyn Guy... as he is so very often... is right on target here... plus he has a way with words that gets to the heart of the subject at hand.

 

Also... and I think that this thought goes hand in hand with what Gar1eth mentions in this thread... there is no guarantee that a well reviewed escort is going to totally satisfy your needs. I came to this conclusion years ago... but it was reinforced upon reading the responses to the recent "Who Rocked Your World" thread where one of the names that kept popping up was no more than average in my book... but that's just my opionion... and it seemed to be a minority view... Still, the guy didn't make the honorable mention list... so perhaps I was correct in my assessment after all...

I think this guy "Guido Richie Raw"'s response tells it all... I think this response was very "low" and showed no class whatsoever (but that's just my personal opinion) ... I think the reviewer was credible.

Well the first question I had is why is Guido person responding to a reveiw posted nearly a year ago. The outing was in Dec of '09. I use to think how a person responds to a negative review a very important glimpse into the gentleman. I have hired a couple of gentleman who have had mixed reviews but responded with class. Unfortunately the negative reviews were on the button. So I now think I take negative reviews and the type of person who wrote them to heart. One negative review maybe, but no mater how much class they show on the response, it is a no for me if they have two, no matter how many positive ones they may have.
