I have no idea who is in the right in this case. A large proportion of the time, I have a tendency to believe the reviewer. And we all know that the escort's response usually does nothing for their case at all--or at least nothing good. However in this case, the reviewer even from his own description seems nervous from the get go. So I don't know whom to side with in this case.

It is an odd review. I've definitely read that review-text before (but it's not on the other site under Brett as I first thought).

I would find it off-putting tho to arrive early and watch a guy eating just prior to us going to bed together, no matter who was going to do what to whom. Somehow that's not erotic - it's not sharing a meal nor a romantic prelude - it feels like a busy schedule

Well I too find this whole exchange a bit creepy - and Bret claims that having studied "physiology" he understands people (maybe he meant psychology??) but the telling for me was (and remains) that Brett advertises as STRAIGHT and so once I saw the original negative review added to his selfdescription as Str8 well... I do not feel as a client that I want an escort (no matter how good looking) to be sitting there trying to figure me out. If in the first 5 minutes, the vibes are not there, best to cut and run (and asking for the money for time wasted is to me lacking in class. Also the defense of pushing away a tentative hand on the leg as "being a tease" does NOT work for me.

Perhaps your feeling is due to the date of the original review being on Nov 1. This response is 7 weeks after the review.

I saw Brett about two years ago when both of us were in DC at the same time and I found him very good looking but very, very strange.

He came to my hotel and kept saying how tired he was and how he was dreading the long drive home to New York right after the appointment....all he did was talk, no clothes came off, no fun and I was bored out of my mind due to his endless chattering.

He promised me that if I was ever in NYC (I think I remember him telling me that he was moving from Albany to NYC but I could be wrong on the Albany part) that I should give him a call and he would give me a highly discounted session.

Foolishly I felt sorry for him, bought into his "game" and paid him a portion of his fee.

Even more foolish was the trust element that I had that he would be good to his offer if I were ever to be in NYC....little did he know that I travel alot to NYC.

I tried 6 times to get my discounted rate but each time he figured out who I was he was somehow not available. I even had a friend of mine try to book him after he told me he would not be in NYC at the time I requested but was available for my friend.

Hmmmm....so who do I believe....the reviewer since it was something I went through too...and I am sure that I have more psychology under my belt than Brett does.

Since this chase of trying to get my discount dragged on for so long and me being the eternal optomist...(not anymore my friends) I did not submit a review of what happened a few years ago.

I did discuss this in the forum about "promised discounts" and yet did not name names.

So I would now tell people beware of Brett...what is the adage "all talk and no...."

I will never again trust someone who is a dud and promises a future discount.

I recall a thread some time back about "Brett". If memory serves me right, he was mostly: "all talk and no action". The pictures are old and I remember him and the pictures as I was attracted to him (I like the all American type) but turned off by the old thread. As noted, the STRAIGHT is a warning sign.

There are plenty of good escorts around to skip this one.

The review sounds like a breathy, over dramatic idiot wrote it. He wasn't nervous. He was looking for fault and he found it. The escort didn't handle this guys personality the right way and both parties ended up in a hole. Maybe this guy will be more clear as to his expectations in the future.

well, gee, I guess I'll take back my earlier comment in this thread about "the reviewer being a nutcase" instead of Brett....have never met Brett and I'd thought he had a decent rep.....good example of posters jumping to conclusions about guys they've never met......

A Very Strange Guy

I saw him a few years ago at the apartment he shared with an older woman. I was told to pretend that I was interviewing him for a modeling job and we went into his room where we had to be very quiet.

Eventually he had me lie down naked and gave me one of the worst massages I had ever had - I stopped it after a couple of minutes and dressed, paid him and left. He never removed his underwear. Very very strange person.

I have no trouble believing the reviewer. Also why would someone make up such a bizarre review?

I'm with you. But I think the escort over-thought the scene and didn't "put the client at ease."

As the replies of those who have met him show, Brett did not "over-think" anything - this is his M.O. and he should be avoided at all costs.

It is helpful to come across those working guys who advertise as "Straight" or Str8 or whatever -- and I move on to something else. Why even think this could be a pleasurable encounter? Yes, we all have the fantasy of changing the stud in the locker room that has all the girls, and making him very much one of our team, but reality is, they are not interested... And as for the bisexual guys... just cannot get my head around putting my mouth over a head that has been in pussy. sorry.
