Hence my question: have you ever had a condom break?

First guy I dated was for a year, the next guy 6 months the 3rd guy 3 years, 4th guy about 8 months. out of those 4 guys never did i ever have a condom break.

Probably about 4 or 5 times I think. I chalked it up as not using enough lube. I personally do not like the rubber condoms because they can break and the water based lube that is strongly advised. I find the reality condom to be much better being that it is polyurethane and one can use any kind of lube that they want. But unfort I have not seen the Reality brand sold at my local CVS or Wags.

I wonder if brand and lube type is the big factor. I always use Durex condoms and silicon based lubes and ones never broke.

I find that if you squeeze the resevoir at the end of the condom WHILE putting it on, chances of it breaking are slim to non. Its the extra air that causes it to rip. That said, its quite noticeable when it does break (especially for us uncut cocks). But I hardly ever have one break and if it does I catch it right away (actually, I don't catch it, I notice it LOL)
