Well, I think I get it, tho' it's not all that funny. (And poorly drawn.) Whoever is saying this is probably referring to the guy's huge boner. Not that underwear would disguise it, anyway!

Not sure if the replies are being serious or not, but......The "Boner Hunk" is the one talking in the blurb; I think the guy in the background is Grandpa and the point?? "Boner Hunk" is off to sell his used/cum-stained/streaky underwear to someone---I am guessing the suitcase is full of his used drawers if you don't believe there is a market out there---check out Naughtbids.com sometime when you have nothing else to do )
