I don't see why this is so troubling. The poster requested that Justin go only as far as getting himself off while the poster watches. I don't see any mention of a menu in Justin's ads. He offers massage for one price and escort services for another. This is clearly an escort appointment, so why on earth should he not charge the escort rate?

I know this is a tough call but I would agree with rvwnsd. He has two rates and you are asking for the escort. The fact that you dont wish to do more is your choice and he is not cutting a break which I dont think is unusual. Your expectation is for him to cum and that means he is unable to see someone else at least for awhile. It is sort of like me when I bring someone in for a couple of nights. Generally I am charged a weekend rate, althought I do not stay the night my choice he is there and available and I chose not to use all his services that is my option but he is not offereing a buffet or pricing by the activity. I think actually most of us dont like pricing by each activity performed. Also I do not think it is good form to dicker on the price. He has rates posted I would go with that, only difference may come if you are offerring a multi-hour outing.

he DOES get into more than that- at least he did with me.

When i got to his place, I was still kinda kicking myself for agreeing to pay as much as he wanted $400 but he pulled his dick out and all anger was forgotten. he's HUGE around. like hand doesn't close around it even if you squeeze.

This was in LA in 2006 so maybe his menu has changed since then. he used to be quite popular on webcams and was in some suite/condo as a kept boy.
