I am an escort man, and get stressed very much sometimes.

So here is my question to escort men.

How do you reduce stress you got from this job?

My way is to write down the experience on my diary.

I am not an escort, so hope that some of them who post here will reply to you. However, I think you need to be a bit more specific about what it is that causes you stress, how does the stress manifest itself, etc. A lot of us have very stressful jobs, but the reasons for the stress and what we do about it are very different. If you can share more, some of the rest of us might be able to be of some help.

This sounds like another "Mocha" alias.

Since when have I ever said "escort man" and how the hell did I end up in Japan?

As for the Original question...I say, join a gym. Network with others and share your experiences rather than bottle it in...

I have a lot of escort clients that take me to plays, muscials, recitals, ballet, operas and really enjoy them. I do not generally have a lot of high stress. I am pretty easy going and most of my clients are easy going so that is not really an issue. Gym/weight training 4 or 5 times a week helps as well as mutual massages for clients with some flavored oils...

RUN for your life...

Whether its a set of push-ups or crunches…a morning run…a brisk lunch-time walk…I recommend you exercise to reduce stress in your life. A cardio workout releases chemicals into your blood stream that counteract stress. These chemicals, called endorphins, have been credited for the “runners high” that will leave you feeling good and stress-free.
