I'd be suspicious. The pictures look like ones I have seen before, from other ads. The ad is also written too aggressively: too many restrictions on how to contact this fellow + too many general assertions.

Good get, Scorpio. I had my alarms going off too. I swear I saw the same add for this guy elsewhere today and it wasn't for LA or any of the other cities listed. Just a bit curious. And the fact that he has the review him button off always sends up huge flares for me.
