Rocky, it's your time, and it's about you feeling comfortable and having a good time.

Unless you're requesting a specific or specialized service that the escort never offered to provide (bondage, blood play, et al) or the act puts the escort at risk (unsafe sex, public sex et al) it's reasonable to ask for whatever you want.

 

Do most people shower after "making water"? Not in my experience, but an escort shouldn't be "put off" by your request. I don't think many people shower after they pee. However, you are the client who is paying for the escort's time. If you asked me to shower after using the bathroom, I would have no problem with it.
