As for "Extreme Youth" 47 states and the US Government would disagree with you as 18 is the "Age of Majority" at which point your legally an Adult. I use the term "Young Adult" when dealing with the 18-20 age group.

OK, let's admit they are 18 or older - although there is no way to verify that. As per their choice of pictures, they wish to convey that they are young adolescents, and market themselves as such to men who fancy that. Which makes these men pederasts, not pedophiles. Quoting from Wikipedia:

You are correct that it isn't a laughing matter and it has been a contentious issue for us over the the last decade.

 

It's also pretty insulting that you wake up on Monday and suddenly discover an issue that we've been dealing with almost daily for over a decade. It's such a common topic of discussion we have the Federal statutes governing kiddie porn pinned at the top of the moderators forum for reference, and we refer to it often.

That photo fails every test for kiddie porn as well, AND by insisting that it is kiddie porn you accuse the escort agencies (he's associated with two of them) of hiring minors. Those aren't small charges.

Gentlemen. I really hate to stick my head into the lion's mouth here, but I would like to contribute my 2 cents worth if I may. I am still a newbie, learning everyone and their lilkes and dislikes. It seems that the vast majority of frequent posters on the boards do display a preference for more mature escorts. There is a case here in Canada concerning the alleged rape of a 16 year old girl who was attending a party. Others at the party did nothing to help her and in fact someone took a video with their cell phone. They then posted that video on the Internet. That person is now charged with showing child pornography on the net, for which the penalty is very harsh if found guilty.

 

Now you see, two years ago, this couldn't have been done since the age of consent in Canada was 14. But the Conservative government raised the age of consent to 16 after a very contentious debate in Parliament. As in all these types of legislation, you never can see all the ramifications of how the new law will be applied by zealous law enforcement officials, particularly if they have an agenda.

 

I don't think many thought that showing an alleged rape of a 16 year old was kiddie porn, but that is what the law enforcement agency in this case is trying to do. And if that is kiddie porn, then the fact that is was an alleged rape will be only incidental. Sexual acts that are consensual involving 16 year olds will also come under the rubric of being kiddie porn.

 

You see you never know where these things will go. It's like the RICO law in the US. Originally intended for organized crime, it was then expanded to cover all sorts of white collar crimes. Who knew!!!
