It would probably best to clear that up directly with the escort in question. I think that's what a lot people assume when they see the word uninhibited. However, I have also seen profiles where the escort says he is "uninhibited" but will also include the words "safe sex only". So making generilizations about what escorts mean by uninhibited is probably not a good idea.

It seems clear that those who use the term "uninhibited" as a euphemism for bareback sex are either not clear on the definition or more likely,

are just trying to evade the social opprobrium that can accompany such practices.
