Has anyone hired Diesel Washington? What was he like?

Stay far and away unless you want to waste your time. When I booked him last spring in SF he was an ass on the phone and then he no showed our appointment. 3 hours later I got a text from him saying that a regular wanted to see him so he took that client instead - without bothering to contact me, of course. Nice. If you Google blogs about him, he has a tendency to react to any and all criticism in a not so flattering way to himself. Personally, I think he's a train wreck and there's plenty of hot African American escorts out there who are by far much, much more professional.

complete uttter and total asshole. had seen him dance in Florida (or at least pose), and booked him on a visit to nyc .. he was 3 hours late because he "had to eat man" .. i had "made other plans" by then ... he showed up at my hotel and tried to do this gangster "you gotta pay me" scenario .. told him i had no problem with calling hotel security if he did not get the hell away from my room ... dont waste your time

If you read some of the porn industry blogs, you'll find out that none of the major studios want to work with DW anymore because of his fucked up attitude. He's blacklisted as a porn performeer. I chatted with him on adam4adam a while back and he was a total mess. Just don't do it ...

I asked the same question a year or so ago when Diesel Washington was visiting DC. His interaction with me on the telephone was quite abrupt, so I decided to pass. What a shame because I really like his work in the videos that I've seen. I've also noticed that there are no recent reviews on him.

I do find it curious that he states on his profile that he has Daddys Reviews yet they're nowhere to be found. In fact, I couldn't find reviews on him anywhere. He strikes me as the type of character that if a published review gad any hint of criticism he would threaten legal action. Seems like a bit of an unstable individual. I don't like to trash any escort I haven't personally met (other than a phone call), but his blog entries speak volumes of what kind of person he is.

Talked, played with him to the "stage" degree and met his parents, (really nice people and patient to put up with Chi Chi's racist shock value humor~). He's a great guy... Keep in mind he is not just striving to equal the Escort or Porn Bar but raise it~ He;s a very down to earth kind of guy but also has a good business sense. I don't fault him for that. He's got a great bod and a great human nature... great business sense too. I'd film for him and work with him where ever anytime~

Keep in mind this is a black male in the porn industry trying to overcum the blatant political power of chi Chi La Rue... (question her... DAMN someone really needs to~!!!!!). He's really working against incredible odds... making some business strong presence in a predominantly white and generally gay porn monopolized zone... You need to show your strong guts first on a business level there if you have incredible odds against you and incredible goals before you... He's not just Escort but representing and establishing a whole new appreciation and standard for black male Erotica previously under represented. He IS professional... he has all kinds of things working against him though. He has to assert himself to succeed with the cause he fights for really, really hard for.

Tyger, I appreciate your contributions to the forum. However, I feel you're missing the point of the thread and you're letting your personal relationship get int the way of the facts.

 

Diesel DOES NOT have a good business sense at all. If he did, he would know his audience and he would know how to communicate with potential clients. Perhaps we might like a little domination in the bedroom, however, we want a full customer service experience in contacting and arranging a meeting. That's what's called professionalism. Instead of professionalism, he chooses to rant to clients and act the part of someone soo disinterested in meeting anyone. And no-showing to appointments? How is that good business sense? If you're not going to show, at least come up with a good lie.

 

Furthermore, the comment of "establishing a whole new appreciation and standard for black male Erotica" is fine and all, but I have yet to see him do anything innovative. Even if he was doing something new and different, he still needs to play the rules like everyone else who has been successful. That means working with your peers, not being difficult and appreciating those who got him to where he is. Unfortunately, he has been unable to be humbled by his recent black listing in the adult world and has continued to be a polarizing figure. As my grandmother used to say, "you'll catch more bees with honey than you will with vinegar." If you truly are his friend, you would serve him best by telling him to shut the f*ck up, do his job, thank the people who helped him and then work his ass off to recover his soured reputation.
