NOLA has had extremely few working guys there since "Katrinia" five years ago. Southern Decadence (going on this weekend) may improve things a bit, but other than that, you may have to wait until Mardi Gras this coming winter. Might want to try Mikey who was on CL and I believe M4RN. Although I first found him on Craigs List he was a pretty good hookup. Also, may want to try several of the bars with dancers - Corner Pocket is one. Many of the guys hire out and you can see what you are getting. But overall, NOLA pretty much sucks for this.
