I had heard through the grapevine that Mike Grey was going to retire as of this past Friday August Thirteenth. This seems to indeed have been the case as confirmed by a series of postings over at Muscle Service where it has been determined that his website is not only no longer in service, but has been dismantled. All other advertising seems to have disappeared as well... So it seems to be true.

 

Well at least I had at the very least one "interesting" session with the guy for my memoirs... one that I will never forget! "Time moves in one direction, and memory in another"... but not in this case!

 

Still, time does move on...

 

The end of an era indeed...

As I said on M/S..Great to see a guy "Retire at the Top" of his Profession and Move On to other things!

 

I know he will be missed by the M/S NYC Crowd for sure!

 

Someone asked IF his Ex DRAKO also Retired? Nope he's still "Working It"!

 

Too bad he is retiring, always one of the ones I wanted to try.

Where does Drako advertise, have not been able to find him on Rentboy as before ?

He was. And it was the smile and the look in his eyes that sent the message, not words. He may even have been holding my hand. They were taking appointments together. Not sure if they were/are a couple or just travelling companions. A great duo in any event, and never a dull moment.

He was one of the Greats!

 

Mike Grey is an incredible hunk of manhood. Gorgeous to look at and a very hot dominant top. I was blessed to have had the opportunity to submit to him and loved every second. He knew how to work a guy over, inside and out.

Woof! He will be missed. But I wish him luck in whatever endeavor he pursues.

Actually I preferred the other half...

 

Mike was unique to say the least... and I first saw him at about the time he and Drako had their breakup. Consequently, I never experienced them together... However, those that did said that it was difficult to "concentrate" with so much muscle in the same room... and I can certainly believe that!

 

 

However, of the two I actually preferred Drako... Who was it above that said he was a gentle soul?? Well not so gentle with me... but that's what made him so lovable... that someone who was such a kind person could also be aggressive when necessary. At times he could be a bit of a flake... Still, there was certainly something endearing about him that just made you wanna love the guy. I was definitely disappointed when Drako decided to move to California...

Definitely one of the guys I wanted to get together with but never did. Oh well, that's the story of my life: Should-a, would-a, could-a, but didn't.

 

kjun-- you are not alone. I, too, have always wanted to meet this man after viewing his desirous pics and reading his always enticing reviews. However, in spite of my never taking the plunge to meet him-- I do tacitly wish him the best in his future endeavors! -:)

You guys have to cut this out. I had never even heard of these human beings before today and now I have to (yes, HAVE to) go waste time reading their reviews and lusting over pictures of two guys that I'll never have the chance to hire. Totally sending me around the twist.

 

Whipped - I blame you personally for starting this thread, which by the way is not all that dissimilar to the Reece Rotheimer tomfoolery you started several months ago. I'd say that you need a good whipping to set you right, but unfortunately that's hardly a disincentive for you!

"Drako" is no longer "Drako", and Mike and Drako is an old chapter of an old book that has been put away for a long time and if you ask Mike he doesn't keep fond memories out of that relationship and I don't think it's worth opening again. That being said, I don't know anyone who has met with Mike Grey as an escort and who didn't have a great time. He'll be missed and I wish him all the best in his future endeavors. I know that he'll be successful in everything he does.

Well Not that old a book... Drako was Drako six months ago and still visits NY under that moniker occasionally. Perhaps to remind old clients (Like us) who he is.

I never had the privilege of meeting Mike Grey, but did hear nothing but(well mostly) great comments about him. Would have should have could have applies here as well. Oh well water under the bridge. But given that we are remembering him fondly and wishing him well.... it only seems appropriate we should look back and remember. Mike may not have fond memories of his time with Drako. But some others here clearly do...

 

Best wishes Mike on whatever the future brings.

Last I knew Drako was in San Francisco... he did tend to go on hiatus over the past couple of years so I am not sure if he is currently active... However, I am 3,000 miles away and seeing him would be a total impossibility for me. So as far as I am concerned it is an "out of site out of mind" situation.

 

Still, I don't think any of us have been totally living in the past... When it comes time for any escort to retire his clients and others whose lives he has touched will certainly have reminiscences... be they good or bad... but hopefully they will be warm memories of special moments.

 

As far as the Drako moniker is concerned. He told me that Drako was his favorite "stage name"... and indeed it was with that name that he built his considerable reputation... Consequently to many out there he will always be Drako... and from what I gather, no matter what he does with the rest of his life, a part of him will always be Drako as well.

Well said Mr Whip! Some "Working Guys" will be Remembered Fondly even if they "Never Posted" themselves on Hooboy or Daddys over the Year's by their various Clients!

 

OTHERS.... even though they "Posted for Year's" on Hooboy & Daddys will be forgotten with ease by their Clients due to the "Drama Factor" that could just never go away!
