411 In Jefferson City MO !?!?

Ok guys, I need help here. Here is a hot guy listed on RentBoy in Jefferson City, Missouri which is really weird because Jefferson City is a small town in Central MO - it's the state capitol. Here is his ad:

Anyway, what's weird is I have never seen anything on RB for this town. I'm concerned that it could be a police sting due to it being election week. I have a friend that works in a hotel there and he said that the police there do a lot of stings there but 99% are on women escorts, of course.

 

Has anyone seen this ad before? He's the kind of guy I hire but I'm a little concerned especially with no phone #. Help a lilpig out guys! PLEASE! Thanks!

Legit or not, I would stay away from this one. The history of stings should be a big enough flag to keep you away, unless of course you are an obsesive risk taker.

Without a phone number, I would definitely stay away, and even with a phone number I doubt that I would be tempted in Jefferson City for all the reasons mentioned above. There are very few escorts in Missouri for good reason. This is still a VERY CONSERVATIVE state with a history of negative attitudes toward anyone who is not part of "mainstream" or ultra-right attitudes. St Louis and Kansas City have a vibrant gay community and there is some activity in Columbia where the University is located.
