Here's a collection of vintage "nudist" magazines.... And they're still very sexy photos in their own way.

 

I'm a little young to remember these, but this is what used to pass for porn in the 50's and 60's. Amazing to see how far things have come since then, and a little bit frightening when you hear the people who think things should go back to "the good old days."

These are hilarious...

 

I have read books about the muscle magazine days of the 60's before overt gay nudity was OK. It always cracked me up. Apparently there was a code used for some of the mail order muscle pictures that indicated the "proclivities" of some of the fellows.

I am not sure it was so free, these were available under the guise of nudists or the male physical form.

I remember spending half an hour at a time in the magazine store getting up enough nerve to buy a muscle magazine. I used to smuggle them home under my jacket. A buddy and I would argue about whether or not the posing straps were added by retouching the photo. (Oh, I said "re-touching." hehehe That's 1950's humor.)

Remember these well. I would slowly walk by them but was always afraid to actually pick one up and be seen holding one of these magazines. The covers alone were exciting to me.

 

Nice to see "real" men with natural pubic hair for a change.

These photos brought back memories of the Bookstores along 42nd Street in NYC before the place was "Disneyfied."

 

The lure of sneakin into these stores when I was just in my early 20's and seeing these mags... WOW! Better still was the occasional photo of a famous Hollywood actor in these photos, especially the early muscle mags. usually taken as he was a "struggling up and cuming" actor trying to find his place there. Many posed for these mags to make some $$, and it added to the allure of paging through them.
