Neat story! Makes me even more eager for the David experience... someday, probably during one of his NYC visits, or on one of my infrequent trips to S.F., if he happens to be in town - which seems unlikely, judging by his travel schedule!

Good to see the Article starts off with calling David a "Working Man"! The Term ESCORT really has come to mean one thing.."The World's Oldest Profession"!

The Boys do Definitely WORK FOR THEIR MONEY In and Out of the Bedroom!

Todays Cover Guy GIOVANNI is definitely a "Working Man"! :)

David was featured in article on how he moved from a small local escort to his world-wide superstardom in the escort world. You can find it at http://www.edgeonthenet.com/index.php?ch=style&sc=life&sc2=news&sc3&id=108365 .

Congratulations, David

It is a great article, very well-written! I heartily congratule to David! I appreciate everybody who does this type of work and handle it with professionalism. David is certainly one of those guys! Great job David and keep up the good work!

Thanks I was very proud of it at first but the more I think about what was not written the more frustrated I get about the piece.

It is a tech magazine after all.

I felt like some very important parts were left out and it reads like a celebration of all things David-sf.

It was not what I had thought it was going to be but then again (thank god) I am not a writer.

I just wish more attention was paid to the answers I gave that talk about the importance of this work and how much the internet means to escorts and clients alike especially Daddysreviews.

I know I know its never enough ...

I just get so frustrated sometimes that the media paints its own picture of the world of escorts and its always feels a bit superficial.

I am grateful for the piece and think its was cool to be asked to do the interview.

I was really happy to plug daddys and a few other websites even though I wanted the article to go a certain way I certainly made sure to request that a .com was placed after daddysreviews LOL hope more people enjoyed it for what its worth if not just another David is the greatest thing since sliced bread, but because it offers maybe a little information that might help others navigate in the escort world differently......... maybe not (insert throwing hands up in the air here) :)

And that's what we love about you.......

You are such a giver..... It's all about others with you...... selfless, actually.... not a single, solitary thought about yourself. How do you do it?

I know I am going to try to be more like you.... just bloom where I am planted and not care if, let's say for the sake of argument, that I bought a couple of pricey airline tickets and the guys (for the first time ever!!!!! In 10 years of doing this...!) don't show up... don't cancel the ticket, don't call, just don't show up.....

But David did. And so did Louis/NYC.... and it was one hot time. Review and maybe more to follow...

So, maybe that is what I get for being greedy?? No doubt. David would agree...

Well, not anymore.... I am going to be just like David because David can give and give and give and give... in his case, usually, to the point, that the guy on the receiving end, is begging for David to stop "giving" it to him... and that's because when David gives, he goes really deep .... to quote Alan Ladd, "Mercy.... please..."... but, all in all, it was one helluva.... um... give.

Yep, David is one spectacular giver.

Okie

I felt like some very important parts were left out and it reads like a celebration of all things David-sf…

The media always approaches a piece with a certain slant so I can understand Davids frustrations about that which was not covered in the piece… but that is par for the course.

I have only met David once… but he really is quite humble… Shoot! I was impressed as all holy hell… and he actually told me to stop flattering and praising him… but I kept saying, “You are THE David…” He really and sincerely would have none of it. I then realized that he really was quite unassuming by nature and respected that…

Still, he is indeed worthy of respect and admiration on a number of levels

Yes, he is indeed quite the giver … and again on a variety of levels.

So congratulations! It is certainly deserved!

David, my experience is that whenever I am involved in some event or speak with a reporter (in my day job I am an expert on a subject that sometimes results in calls from reporters) or have some personal knowledge about something, I am usually disappointed by the articles or stories that appear in the media. Reporters are by nature generalists. It's not that they always have their own slant going into the story, but that they don't know the subject from the inside out and are consequently presenting an incomplete view from a distorted perspective. What is irritating -- and this does happen sometimes -- is when a reporter calls to do an interview and persists in asking stupid questions, as if they haven't processed your answers, and spends time trying to put into your mouth phrases that they want to use in their article but want to be able to attribute to their interviewee. Sometimes a read a story that is based in whole or part on an interview with me and note that most of the quote are things the reporter got me to say that I would not have spontaneously said on my own. That's a bummer.

Congratulations, David

David,

Don't be so hard on yourself. It was a good article... not great, but most interviews never are. For the past 30 years I have been dealing with media... sometimes to explain public policy, sometimes to deal with lawsuits, sometimes just to try and convey truthful information about a particular product or service. There are very few journalists who truly "get it" as most have incredibly tight deadlines, editors who want something that will grab people's attention even if it is slanting the truth and most have a preconceived notion about what the subject or person they are going to write about.

Fortunately, I have met you and echo what other posters have said. You are a very special and talented person who is always looking out for others and to help others have a good time, no matter their interests.

Just be careful about some of the calls that you get in response to the article. Some may not have your best interests at heart.

Much love and good wishes for the future.

Dan

David Congrats on the article, but you shouldnt worry about the content too much, because as you know very very very very very very very very very very very.......very, very, very.....very well. any press is good press. By the way, when the hell are you going to call me about you trip to NYC, three of us in the house are panting for your arrival and one is a bit indifferent, so bring treats.
