Of course you are. And I am happy to take that criticism if you truly think its necessary. Let me just remind you that the men here you are critiquing. Often take your statements to. Heart as we often have the same critiques of ourselves. If you actually read the link I supplied earlier you would know some of our background and why our closeted lifestyle came to pass.

Now That said... What romann says is correct and your acknowledgement of that as toward the escorts is appreciated. They are not the issue, morally or otherwise and your understanding of that says a lot.

 

Maybe I am just jealous. Sometimes I feel that I am being denied having a normal family and children because I am gay and I see these married men having sex with men that have a wife and kids, and I feel that it is unfair that they get to have their cake and eat it too when I have be the gold star gay. I have more issues than a magazine.:)

These are all very valid points and ones that I'm sure many consider and ponder a billion times over. That's what being human is about - consistent reflection on our lives both past and future.

 

I often wonder how being an escort will preclude me from being with a man later in my life. I have been single for virtually 5 years now mostly by choice but the last two years mainly because I'm an escort. I've attempted to make that connection with guys that interest me and because of what I do, I'm turned down which is usually out of ignorance but a choice I must respect now and forever. Actions have consequences and the Universe will judge me one day without delay and I will accept that judgment. Sometimes I look at other escorts who do have boyfriends/husbands and wonder how in hell they made it work. Why are they able to find it and not me? Will being an escort one day transition me into a client? Will anyone really accept me? Does anyone really know the inner/real me? Do I even know me?

 

Questions, questions and more questions. At the end of the day when I rest my head on the pillow to sleep for the night, I reflect on the clients I've connected with and the laughs we've had but also the hot times together. I often wonder if I was a parent (God forbid!) what I would say to my child or children if I found out they were escorting. Questions, questions and more questions.

 

You're not alone and at least you think about these things like many of us do and each day we make the best of our lives because tomorrow, it could all come crashing down in the form of natural death, hit by a bus/car or plane crash to name just a few. If and when that happens, how will you reflect on your life and will you have a smile on your face knowing not only did you live life, but you tasted it as well - with all the sugar and spice.

 

I often joke with myself that I'm the coverboy for birth control! Watch out mothers because your sons may turn out just like me! ;)

Well I'll tell you Im joining you. I'll be the next middle aged divorcee very soon and living alone for the first time in my life. with kids that hopefully wont resent me for my choices. But I would not trade them for the world. But I will not teach them to live a lie either. we all have our crosses we bear CFW. and believe me I dont think yours are any less than mine. All I can say.
