I was in high school working behind the tobacco counter of the local drugstore -- small town midwest -- in the 60's, coming on Christmas. A guy in his late twenties, early thirties approached with his young son and leaned over the counter and whispered "do you have any Trojans?' I looked at his young son and smiled knowingly and said "give me a sec" and headed to the back of the store where I had recently done toy inventory. Thanks to all you guys who understand I am just trying to find an accurate answer to something I know nothing about. In hindsight, I could have just asked the escort what poz meant but I had also seen pnp in some ads and thought I would ask in this forum. While I appreciate the simple question and you got some straightforward answers, I think the real question remains what the escort said to you if you indeed met him and the two of you played together. Most guys that I know who are HIV positive are even more careful with their interactions with HIV negative guys. The other part of the real question is how did you approach the escort and what kind of conversation did you have about your interaction with one another. I am sure your Doctor has discussed "safe" behaviors with you and you should follow such advise. You don't have to be a recluse if you are positive, but I do hope you have a supportive group of friends, including some that are negative as well as positive. In DC there is a whole new emphasis on social groups for positive men and women that is giving new life and hope to all. Good luck as you find your way. Never met the man. We were exchanging emails when he mentioned pov which prompted me to ask the question on this board.
