Hiring a non-pro?

I'm just wondering if anyone else has done this? I have had some very hot experiences, mostly with hot straight guys in their 20's. In most cases I contacted guys who posted looking to meet girls in the M4W section of craigslist, and offered a lot of money to experiment. In my experience, if you want a non-pro (and a straight one at that) it will cost you big $$. Many of them weren't able to do much once we met up but some have been quite hot, and I meet up with them regularly. Craigslist has gone downhill recently, since there has been so much bad publicity about escorting on that site, the murder of that girl in Boston, etc. I haven't had much luck meeting anyone new from that source.

So, I'm interested in hearing from other guys who have done this - how much have you paid? What was the experience like? How do you meet and approach a non-pro?

Look forward to getting everyone's thoughts. Thanks!

Monthly arrangement

I had this "bi" guy i met up with. First with him as an escort, for 300$. He was a lean, curly blond haired, smooth skinned prince. Intellectual, well read, and well traveled. He actually seemed to enjoy the gay interactions and overtime, we had an arrangement of 2,500 per month for once or twice weekly hookups including dinner and overnight play. Even after 3 years of continuous hookup, it's still been fun and fresh. He's moving away for work soon and a replacement will need to be found!!

'straight' guys who suck dick are just taking advantage of you. You find that hot? CL is a danger and a total craps shoot these days. Get what ya pay for there, so don't be shocked when money's missing off the dresser. What I don't understand is why someone would risk life and limb, career outing, et cetera for a 'straight' guy from CL. Not worth it. Be smart.

I do actually like to hire 'non pro' or 'amateur' escorts. The personal trainer at the gym. The struggling actor/waiter. The grad student. The sales person at the Gucci store. The straight go-go dancer at Club 20. There are so many opportunities. It all depends on your approach, and on establishing the right level of personal charisma right away. Introduce yourself. Give the guys your name card, and ask them to call you if they ever are interested in 'free lance work'. Say you can be generous. Trust me, you'll be surprised how many guys are interested ... ;)

Don't do the CL thing. It's really not worth the risk, as others have mentioned here.

Craig's List for the most part is a "burner" except for the occasional traveling known escort who may post in the city he is visiting. Watch out for the "go to my website and log in so I can verify that you aren't a mugger, thief or murderer." Asks for a credit card to verify age and WHAMO.

You might try Manhunt.net. Personally, I have met some pretty decent people on that and have had some very satisfying sexual encounters.

I have not had luck with Craig's List either and have tried for months and have tried posted ads before as a "generous" guy who is looking. I agree that it is a dangerous place too and you must be careful. I feel like it's a dirtier place where you might catch a STD too.

I tried Manhunt for a month too without luck with any encounters either (that wasn't for money though).

hmm

I agree. You can find good ones these days.. It's just how you approach them. I had a real estate agent "hitting" on me once. He was very cute and his body was very toned. I thought he was being too easy so I didn't hire him. You have to be careful though because restaurants are full of gossips. If you hire a wrong person who likes to gossip or other people know about what he or she does on the side then the whole restaurants in a city can find out about it. So if your privacy or "public image" is important then yeah you have to be careful.

Thanks for the insights guys. As I mentioned I haven't had luck with craigslist in years - although it used to be better. i still see a couple of guys regularly that I met from craigslist almost 3 years ago. Both of them are very hot, straight, nice guys.

I've never had the gumption to just go up to a guy (waiter, personal trainer, etc) to see if they are open to messing around in exchange for some generosity. I just never know how to get that conversation started ....

The straight guys I have met didn't suck dick, but they let me suck theres. A couple have fucked me (for more money, of course). I know, some people say that would make the guys gay, not straight. I really hate the labels. Both of my "regulars" are guys that I have gotten to know pretty well, we have talked about what they like to do in bed, etc. I would consider both of them straight in that they seem to really like sex with woman, but they are cool with getting sucked off by a guy if there is money involved. Label it what you will.

Outing?

Outing? As in Picnic in the Park? Or as in LOOK MAMA BILLY's A HOMO!

Cause if you are sucking dick or getting your prostate pounded

while the wife/girlfriend/mom is at the Laundo-rama,

then the least of your problems is cruising Craig's List.

What you should be worrying about is lying to Yourself -

Your friends - Your Family and Oh - YOURSELF!

When you boil life down - all a Man has is his Word and his Honor - everything else

can be taken at a moments notice - So live a life that is true - open - honest and proud.

Yeah, well, don't let me intrude with something as silly as THE REAL WORLD, where folks sometime have to be something they're not in order to survive. We can't all live in the castro and walk around being overt.

Living a true-open-honest life isn't always possible. Don't be so closed minded that you can't see the forest for the trees.
