I learned the first time to arrive late, so the second time I went to sleep about 8 pm, woke up at 2, and headed, well-rested, to the Black Party, where I stayed all night. I don't know that I could do it again- men in their sixties are not common there, but older guys do well there compared to other circuit parties.

And, in my opinion, the Black Party is the best of the parties I have been to, including our own White Party here in Palm Springs. Sex is the dominant theme at the Black Party, and you can see it all around you. I think the police must give the place a pass that night.

I always thought it was a good policy to know when to leave a party. Never stay too late. Remember tomorrow comes soon enough.

 

I lived through all that stuff at the Saint and all the other places in NYC in the '80's and the wild stuff in SF. Most of the people I knew then are dead. They didn't know when to leave.

Well, the Black Party takes place at night, whereas much of the activity at the White Party is during the day, in the sunshine around the pool.

Well a week later and I think I've almost recovered from the Black Party weekend in NYC. It was quite a fun time.

 

I showed up at about 2am and the place was so crowded and very hot in every sense of the word. I was in head to toe leather and was just too warm, and it took so long to get water, or to the bathroom or coat check that I ended up going back to my hotel and shedding most of what I was wearing. Filled up on water and went back to the black party at about 4 or 5am at which time the crowd had thinned enough that there was room to move a bit. It seemed like I was the only one not on drink or drugs but I had an appointment later Sunday afternoon so opted for sobriety.

 

Just standing in place one got quite an endless parade of hot guys going past in every manner of dress imaginable. Everytime I went to the restroom I marveled at how the women bathroom attendants seemed mostly nonplussed at the parade of scantily clad hot men and cocks in plain view. The same thing occurs here in Chicago during IML and I imagine in SF during Folsom. I'm guessing that the employees are given the option of not working the event if they might be offended.

 

There were some slings and I had a lot of fun fucking a few fun guys, I do love a bit of exhibitionism. I was disappointed that there wasn't more sex going on but I'm told most of it was in the VIP room which I never got to see. And well when it comes to exhibitionistic sex there are plenty of other opportunities for that and IML is just around the corner.

 

You'd think that people would have been content to collapse after the black party but Sunday and Monday night there were some pretty crazy parties including one in the smallest but perhaps best appointed playroom I've seen. Or maybe it just seemed small because it was stuffed full of hot well hung men. And where in the heck do all these hot brazillians come from? Yeah Brazil of course but gosh there seem to be a lot of them in NYC.

VIP pass

Well this answers a question that I had regarding VIP passes. I had spoken with someone the week previous to the Black Party and he mentioned that he had a VIP pass... I probably should have asked for some further detailas at the time, but for some reason didn't. Only a bit latter did I wonder what perks came with the deal.

The VIP area (at least when i got there 6 am) was not so great it was much more fun on the dance floor and off to the left of the main stage was a dark area where lots of playing was plentiful.

 

I went up to the VIP area for a few mins (door man let me in ) there was some entertaining antics happening but they had very little do with sex.

mostly a guy crawling around looking for his ummmmm something. lots of standing and modeling and some dancers. I like to be where the action is

 

it was kind of boring up there so I left back to hit the dance floor with some friends.

You certainly dont have to be on drugs or drink to have a good time there I actually think that it would make things less fun because of the size of the crowd.
