I must admit the ad looked intriguing and all. Sean looks like he would be a fun guy to go to. Although when I visited there site.... there is like two other girls with them? 5 people in one house, plus get more add like 2-3 to three girls? That kinda like raised red flags for me.

 

No on the West Coast up in L.A. I know these three guys are roomies...

nothing weird. Dino was my favorite.

All the gay sex businesses I have been familiar with over the years tend to locate in Center City or its fringes; there was one callboy service that the owner operated out of his home in South Philly, but it was just off Broad Street, near a subway stop. 4th and Mifflin, if I remember correctly, is a residential neighborhood (mostly working class Italian) far from easy public transport, where the neighbors would likely be suspicious of strangers coming and going.
