Anyone been with this guy? The pics are very appealing, and he sent me a face pic that also looks great, but a bit too good to be true. I asked for a non-modeling shot just to confirm that he's for real and the reply implied that he found the request insulting. I'm inclined to pass, but if anyone has an experience that says otherwise, I'm open to scheduling.

 

I was also bothered that his ad text is nearly identical to that of Theo W., but it could be the latter is a plagiarist.

There really is no comparison. Theo W is uncut. L. Scott is cut. Foot sizes are different--Theo at 9 and L. Scott at 10.5. Theo is gay and Scott is bi-sexual and their rates and phone contacts are not the same. Perhaps there are some similarities though. Both have blue eyes. There is no doubt though that both are appealing. If you do a search there is text on Theo. I for one will look forward to any info on L. Scott. Good hunting.

I told you all a long time ago - I have been with L. Scott and had a great time - you can read my "mini-review" from a while ago - The reason Logan looks too good to be true is the simple reason you are all used to the bull shit / games / cheap and ugly fakers that plague RB and other sites. Logan is not one of them. but dont take my word for it - put ur money where your mouth is!!!!!

Silverfox, among the things we don't automatically trust are new posters who post only about one escort, post "mini-reviews" rather than real reviews, and get edgy when people want more. You may well turn out to be a reliable source and valued poster here, but unfortunately it has not been unknown that the forums have been hijacked by untrustworthy folk. Your posts earlier were needlessly hostile and insulting to people who were skeptical. It was known that Logan/L. Scott posted fake photos at one point, the questions we've had are whether to trust the new one and who (sorry, besides you) may have had some experience of the guy.

At a certain point the entire process of hiring an unknown escort becomes a crap shoot. Many of us who hire regularly have come to rely heavily on reviews posted on this site BUT even that isn’t a sure bet.

 

I, on occasion, have hired escorts, well reviewed here, and ended up having only mediocre experiences. Did I write reviews NO and why didn’t I? I simply felt that there wasn’t any chemistry between the two of us which might well have been as much my fault as his. In the end the experience was not awful it just wasn’t worth repeating

 

About six months ago I was bowled over by the photographs of A.J. Irons/ Orange, County, CA. on Rentboy He had only one review here at the time plus some comments regarding his tendency to cancel appointments. I took the chance, set up an appointment and DAMN it ended up being one of the most outstanding escort experiences I have ever had.

 

Truthfully every time we hire a new guy we take a chance. Frankly that is part of the excitement of the whole experience for some of us – the unknown. If the photos of a guy races your motor, and you like the way he responds by email and or by telephone – GO FOR IT!!!!!

I agree with that generally; I would probably only write a negative review of a really unprofessional or horrible experience, not of a bad-chemistry encounter. On the other hand, I have recently made a career change which, while very satisfying generally, means I have to be sparing with my $300.00 indulgences; that's why I look for at least a clue about the guys who seem too good to be true...But if anyone wants to fund my curiosity, I'll gladly take some plunges and provide detailed reportage. ;)

Yeah Burnsy, I too wondered where that quote came from.

 

This guy and one other now advertising again in NYC use photos of known Russian escorts. One was so brazen he kept taunting me to hire him and see - all the while not knowing I had contacted the original person who was still in Moscow, translated my e-mails with the faker - and told me, "No, I have not left Moscow in months and it is not me."

 

As for these S. Logan or Logan S. photos... no idea. They actually turn up on one or two other ads in Rentboy and GayRomeo...

 

Buyer beware, I guess.

But a full face pic can really make or break for me, not that I was convinced to hire him/them (but certainly tempted). His duo partner posted a blurry face pic in his rentboy profile and it just reminds me too much of Clay Aiken!

Well, I'm sure it's all subjective how attractive a guy is or isn't, but if he didn't post fake pics, I suppose we wouldn't have taken such issue with his profile... and "silverDollar's" rather strong advocacy.

 

Meanwhile, his F**kbuddies parter Rob Yaeger has posted more face pics, and seems to have gotten more comfy with his rentboy ad. Good thing too, as these face pics are a lot better than the previous one he used.
