What is the "Bfe"?

A rentboy Sand Diego ad by " Nick" says "I give the Bfe." What does that mean. He also says "sometimes safe", and " I will do anything you want to do with me." The obvious conclusion from these is sad, especially since his is only 20. But Bfe?

 

I've been with Nick, he's really a sweet kid. He's got a bit of hemiparesis (left side) so he has some degree of mobility challenge but he's a hot guy who's on the up-and-up about BFE activities. A bit naive about "anything goes" though (I really wish guys wouldn't bandy that phrase around lightly - it over-excites the fringies). I spent more time talking with him than the sex but he was generous with his time and all, and was quite accommodating. Just don't expect any challenging Kama Sutra positions.
