I saw him a couple of years ago in DC. He used to go by the name of Luis Prado, and I noticed he changed that name recently. Nice guy, looks like his photo, but I was in and out of there in about 25 minutes. Talk about rushing.

I've never seen him because he advertises as a top only, but he has been around a long time. It seems to me that a long time ago when he was 1st mentioned either here or on the old Hooboy Message Center someone who had experienced him called him a good second tier escort. My understanding of that, if correct, meant he was ok for an adequate time but nothing spectacular.
