However, I am confused regarding the rules here that say something along the lines that no reviews or information regarding your interactions with escorts shall be posted on this board. I admit that I haven't read the exact rules which at times is used to slap posters around because I think they are silly.

So could someone please explain to us why the above post is not a violation. I have a hard time visualizing that line that we can not cross. If it is a legal issue, then just tell us and that is all I need to know.

I think the line you refer to seems to be drawn when a poster goes into blow by blow (yeah, yeah...) detail about an encounter... not, just "Hey Guys, I just met this really hot escort.... followed by a brief (perhaps the key word here) description of the meeting.

 

The Deli is "an area to discuss Escorts", succinctly, but not an area to describe actual encounters in detail. At least, that's how I play it... or try to.

 

Also, this poster did say that he had already written a review and just posted this thread as an alert because there was a limited time that this escort was going to be in DC.

 

About Tarkin.... HOT PICS!!! But does anything ring familiar about his ad?? The stuff about being "an exceptional top.... but with a tight butt that can take all you have to offer..." and the "scheduling morning appts because his morning boner is unbelievable"... Isn't that Gino/NYC's old ad?

Okie, thanks for your analysis; I agree with all of it. I'd add the following.

 

As you say, I did submit a review right before I posted on Deli; the review is the blow-by-blow (literally). (Daddy just confirmed that he received my review, so it is in the pipeline.) The main reason I posted on Deli was that Tarkan is still in DC, and DC readers of the Deli section might be interested in hearing about this fellow now (while he is still in DC) and not a week or two from now (when he will not be in DC). I have done several alerts along these lines, mostly favorable (as in this case).

 

Okie is surely right that some of the language in the Rentboy ad is borrowed from other ads (I have seen similar language in a few other ads I vaguely recollect). Often that is because the escort's first language is not English, and it is easier to borrow from other ads than write something original.

 

In any event, as Okie says, the proof is in the pudding---and Tarkan stirs up a really HOTT Pudding indeed. (His pictures are accurate IMO; his body is most like the bottom picture on the Rentboy ad, with the 8-pac abs; his face is handsome but not as glamorous as one or two of the professional photos on the ad.)
