I was somewhat taken with Robin Hart's coverboy photo (and the photos on his website) today. Then I noticed that each review was from a first-time reviewer, that two of the reviews are exact duplicates of each other, and that each reviewer has a somewhat casual approach to punctuation and/or capitalization. The writing style of all three reviews and the text on his website seem similar. Consequently, I am skeptical about the source of the reviews.

Even so, I'm thinking about hiring him, because I do find those photos so cute. Anyone have experience with him that would be consistent with the enthusiasm expressed in the reviews?

Thanks!

I'm wondering IF the $500 TIP.. isn't a "Tip Off" to a Fraudulent Review:  That's a little over the Top in my eyes! ACTUALLY ALOT!

A $500 tip is remarkable, especially for a session that supposedly began as a one-hour and developed into an overnight. How many of us would have $1500 cash on hand when meeting an escort for the first time for a one-hour session? And how many clients who are so financially successful that they carry that sort of cash around would describe themselves as follows: "wall street type, california bred early 40's, great shape. with no need to hire but sometimes you just dont want all the silly gay scene"?

Oh well.

Look at it this way, Z. Since it's likely he wrote his reviews himself, so that you ignore them, it's basically the same as if he had NO reviews. You'd probably give him a test drive in that circumstance. (After all, at least there are no negative reviews.)

Okay, so he's a little dishonest, but I don't think we expect all escorts to be perfect. (I mean, it's not like he's been arrested recently. ;-) )

If you do meet up with him, be sure to write a real review, so people here have something to go on.

A TIP of my Hat MAYBE!

Can you Imagine this guys "Attitude" IF he thinks he deserves a $500 TIP! :D

I can't wait for the "Real Review" IF it ever comes thru! :D

Then again "like some" Working Guys.. IF he gets wind of the fact that he will be "Reviewed" his $500 Attitude may disappear! ;) and just kept for the "Rentboy" Clients! :p

Since I don't have much room in my budget for escorts and can afford just one on during my upcoming trip to NY, I'm hesitant to try an escort with what seems to be the equivalent of no reviews here! So that's why I wondered if anyone has had a positive experience with him.

Now if I do decide to give him a whirl, I'll definitely write a review. (And I'll proofread it, too.)

You know when you spot a problem like that, you REALLY should drop Daddy an email. That gives him a chance to find the review the slipped through the cracks and replace the 2nd copy of the one he did put up.

That way, perhaps Daddy won't get little love notes like:

"is there anyway you guys can delete me completely form your site cause the last thing i need is someone to be saying those nasty things about me, im not even in d country and im getting battered with negative stuff."

Mind you my leg is aching something fierce right now, so like the Congress Critters in DC: "I reserve the right to extend or modify my remarks".

Daddy,

I too hope you feel better soon.

On the subject of you recieving emails from this escort about removing his reviews because of the "nasty" stuff that was being said. I am perplexed. fail to see what is "nasty" about this thread. Basically, my comments and what I percieve the others were saying is that his first 4 reviews are by first time reviewers and that the writing styles seem to be the same. I offered the ole go with your instincts in hiring him. Don't think this would come close to being "nasty" just cautionary. And really....if this guy is worked up by this....whoa hope he doesn't ever get to celebrity status on here or he'll need to work more just for therapy sessions he will have to take to deal with any hard core criticism.

Just my two cents worth....

Well I'm thinking this "Working Guy" decided to take Advantage of a Good Thing.."FREE ADVERTISING"

Unfortunately his "Over The Top" Review with the Alleged "$500 TIP" just shows him to be a Greedy little Character! :D

He has No Idea how to Play the Free Advertising Game whatsoever!

About the duplicate review, good idea to write you (duh!). Kinda new to posting on the site, I just didn't think of it. But the issue of the similarity of the writing style (including the errors) of each of the first-time reviewers to each other and to Robin's writing on his web page is there regardless. I understand why he wishes the thread would be deleted!

I suppose everyone who gets a bad review anywhere wishes it could be removed. Certainly every student I've ever dealt with who got involved in an academic honesty problem would prefer we could just pretend it never happened.

Now he may very well be a nice kid and a good escort. Every student I've had who cheated on a test or plagiarized a paper was a basically good kid and good student who made a stupid mistake.

Interesting that no one's stepped forth to say, "Hey, I wrote that review and he really is so great that I gave him a $500 tip after our scheduled one-hour session turned into an overnight."

Hopefully the appropriate person (whoever that may be) has received the warning and will stop playing with system before it causes the Escort any more damage.

Let's not forget the important concept here:

"Cream rises to the Top; Shit falls to the Bottom."

In New York City that happens really fast.

BTW: It's not advertising, It's marketing... Surprising how many of the escorts mess that up.
