From your handle I'm guessing you'll be visiting San Jose/Santa Clara. It's about a 45 minute to an hour drive from SF proper. Most guys list under SF because that's where the traffic is. Those that do out-calls will probably be willing to drive to you especially if you are booking more than just one hour. Just be up front and be willing to make a nice tip.

Another option, which works if you're going to rent a car is do an incall at their place in SF or book a hotel near the SF airport which splits the distance and most guys will willingly come to a SFO hotel.
