Was just about to reply to myself. I made an appointment with Leo last night, who had a CL ad saying "Escort special 140" (down from 200). Bad sign, I suppose, but thought perhaps it was the economy. So he asks me when we text where I saw him, and I answer "CL." Reply "OK." The CL ad is an escort ad, not a "bodyrub" ad--I was not interested in a 140 dollar bodyrub at that point.

 

I arrive, and he says "so you are here for a bodyrub, right." I should have left then, but I looked confused and tried to think of how to respond when he said "I take the money up front." Two strikes. I did not wait for a third, and politely declined to stay.

I've seen Leo's ads on CL for a while and there's always been a tone to them that turned me off. Whether it's a whiff of frustration or desperation or hostility, I couldn't tell, but I had no interest. Sorry to hear that you experienced that first-hand, Newandcurious.

 

Elio seems much more interesting (and more attractive to my eye). Has anyone on the forum seen him?
