Is GayWired safe?

On the News page, there is usually a an article linked from GayWired.com. Everytime I go there, I get a warning based on the security level settings I have in Firefox. Is there anything to be worried about? Below is warning and link to more info on Google regarding GayWired.com:

This is the 2nd time that it's happened. Each time I decline to pull a story from the site.

 

Google is pretty good about these calls, and I think that GayWired needs to get a summer cleaning.
