...some of you are just making accusations that simply aren't true based off some words on his website.

I also think you're missing the point of most of these posts, imm0rtaldownfall, and so is Lex. If we're 'stereotyping' him based on his website, that's because it's his website and it portrays him throughout as a jock who's into degrading 'fags'! If he wants us to view him differently, then he should change his website, not blame the people viewing it for taking it at face value...

How about instead of doing that you contact him?

Again, that swooshing sound you hear is the point passing several miles over your head. The whole purpose of an escort's website is to encourage potential clients to contact him. But why would I want to contact someone who comes across as a homophobic jock who's out to take my money? If Lex is "a really nice and sweet guy" with limits who will assume a dominant persona upon request, then his website should make that clear rather than make his assumed 'dom' persona look like his real persona!

imm0rtaldownfalll...

Thanks for the heads up as you do paint a more accurate picture of what he is actually like as an individual. However, I want to reinforce the fact that virtually all of the negative comments here were based not on your review, and were certainly not based on any first hand knowledge of his personality, but rather a negative reaction to the wording on his website. Unfortunately that is what made the first impression, and often first impressions count for a lot, and especially so in the absence of any additional information.

Consequently, as far as his website is concerned he has made a marketing decision and for better or worse his business will either flourish or suffer from those choices. I am making this statement from a purely marketing point of view and am in no way passing judgment on his basic character and temperament. Indeed any pejorative comments I made were a reaction to his ad copy as it relates to his self-promotion and marketing savvy.

It will be interesting to see if Lex has second thoughts regarding his approach to marketing.

I agree with some of your points. I think that first impressions are everything and that maybe Lex should change up the wording on his site. I actually told Lex that some people here didn't like his website so maybe we can convince him to change it? I mean if he's getting a lot of clients because of it maybe he won't change it because a small minority of people disagree with it, but if he isn't then I think he should change it. But I also think in order to be a successful escort you have to market yourself in a certain way to a certain target audience so maybe he found his niche? Who knows. But I can see how some people may be offended from his site from first glance.

Imm0rtaldownfalll, if Lex is happy with the number of clients he's currently getting, then yes, all of these posts (including mine) are so much hot air...

But the question remains, how many potential clients is his site deterring because they want a guy who will roleplay a dom jock-type rather than be a dom jock-type. But I don't see how you, Lex, or anyone else can conclude that this is a 'small minority of people' disagreeing with his approach. It may be so, but then again, it may not be...

Regards,

Alan

Yeah good point I don't know, I will ask and find out though. I would think he would want to get as many clients as possible.
