I would still give him a second chance, even if he did seem distant over the phone. I do think that some escorts are a little distant because they are either

I would definitely go with your #2...the amount of "cheap thrill" seekers who have no intention of Sealing a Deal is amazing!

 

I really don't know how some of the Big Guys put up with them, even though it is the cost of doing Biz!

Meeting with Zach . . .

 

Everyone who participated in this thread was intrigued by this fellow, Zach Crawford, and I was impressed, so I set up a session with him tonight around 9.30pm. He was responsive, intelligent, and OK with everything.

 

He said he'd text me before 9.30, as he got closer to my apartment.

 

9.30 came and went. No text, no email, no phone call. I texted Zach shortly afterwards.

 

Here it is 10.20pm, and he has still not shown the decency to convey something to me about what happened.

At exactly the same time I was typing the previous post, Zach was sending me an email saying that his wallet had been stolen. If that's true, it's a valid excuse for cancelling, but his iphone was still working, and he could have sent me a quick text (or responded to the one I sent almost an hour ago).

 

I am going out of town so will pass on this guy. But would still be curious if someone else wants to see him.

OH WHATEVER ZACH. What a load of shit. Sorry, but this has been happening to me (with non-escorts) of late (today in fact) and it's always some weird excuse after I'm on my way. "I forgot the guy was coming right now to fix the bed - can we hook up tomorrow". My response: "Fuck you very much anyway".

 

So - I'm ranting... but with Zach's TWO tiny pics and now this - I'd pass. Sounds like a scam artist to me.

Clearly Not a Scam Artist

 

For what it's worth, Zach is almost certainly NOT a "scam artist," even if his excuse for cancelling was bogus (I have no basis for an opinion on that). If he were a scammer, he would have gotten something up front or showed up and demanded immediate payment or asked for more money in return for better activities. There was none of that behavior with this guy.

 

He may have gotten a "better offer" for his time, but that's called an "efficient market" by economists (for lawyers it's called "breach of contract" and for regular guys it's "breaking a promise, and so I'm not gonna trust you again").

Spot on William. If Zach is a scam artist, he not a very good one. This forum exists because the Better Business Bureau just doesn't cover this particular market.
