Wanted to acknowledge Michael and Jay for the quick response time that I get from them as a RentMen user (am not a paying escort). This morning I e-mailed about a problem I was having (nothing critical), and when I glanced at my e-mail around noon, I was surpsied by an e-mail from Michael that the problem was fixed.

 

This was maybe the fourth time I've written them since they started, either with a problem on my end or with a suggestion -- and they have always responded within a day and made the fix immediately, if possible.

 

Thanks, guys -- wish other sites (gay and nongay) responsed to e-mail that quickly.

RENTMEN SITE - The Best!

 

I have had the best experience with the guys at Rentmen and the service that they offer. Their website is great, customer service to me as a paying client is great, and both Michael and Jay have always been kind, courteous, and pleasant to me. This site is invaluable to me and I wish them continued success!

 

I would suggest that the staff at Rentboy look to the level of service at Rentmen as a model for their own customer service. Anytime that I have had an issue with my paid advertisment on Rentboy, the staff responds (or doesn't respond at all) with such disregard; somehow the problem is always turned around to seem like I've done something wrong (its always been their fault).

 

Please support the Rentmen site, guys! They set the tone for how to treat paying customers, deliver a great service, and make me feel very appreciated!

Customers are King

 

Providing value to your customers is key though good, relevent product... but Customer Service is THE most important piece day to day.

 

Reading these comments inspires us to do even better. No BS there.
