Hey Guys I will be traveling to Ft. Lauderdale for the first time. I am polling to see the areas (not specific hotels) that are preferred and convenient for clients and escorts alike. I have listed some of the areas I am looking at below. I appreciate any and all suggestions. Take care. :)

Downtown Ft Lauderdale

Ft Lauderdale - Airport North

Ft Lauderdale Airport (FLL)

Ft Lauderdale Beach Area

Ft Lauderdale North

Hollywood

Pompano Beach

Your best bet is probably the beach area along A1A between Sunrise Blvd (to the north) and SE 17th Street (to the South). On the beach front, you'll find a wide variety of hotels and then a few blocks in from the beach there a many gay guesthouses. Along SE 17th Street, there are several nice hotels east of Federal HWY (aka US 1).

Maybe I'll see you there if I can find the time to make the two hour drive.

Have a good time.

Lauderdale Beach

Lauderdale Beach, on Birch Road by A1A and Sunrise. There are a slew of gay "resorts" (read cheap motels) that are easy to get to and work from. Elysium is the largest and is quite friendly; I'm trying out one across the street from there starting tomorrow. Lauderdalre is a great work city. You didn't ask, but you need a car.

Thanks for the information! Let me know your thoughts about the places you are checking out if you get a minute free. :D

I assume I need a car because nothing might be close? I am driving btw and thanks for the tip!

Ft. Lauderdale

I grew up in the southern US and have been to south FL many times. The 'gay' beach is called Sebastian..the cross street and A1A. The other nice guys here have already said everything about the areas. The only thing I would add..you will probably have men ask you to meet them in Miami or West Palm..which could be great..but I would caution that the traffic can be horrible so what might seem relatively close from FTL could easily take hours and possibly waste your time or at least your ability to be on time. I hope that helps you have a fun trip.

"Guesthouse"

Only been to Ft. L once - we stayed at a "Gay men's Guesthouse". Basically a complex of small guesthouses with one main two storey building on a fenced well-treed campus. Lots of fun...met lots of great people by the pool.

Not sure if that's what your looking for, but I'd be very surprised if they weren't escort friendly...based on everything else that went on there!!

There are great hotels that are available on priceline that would meet your needs. I would start by reading the fort lauderdale hotel section on http://www.biddingfortravel.com so you know what areas you might be getting before bidding on priceline. Be sure to read the Hotels section first and then read what prices others have been getting.

Embassy Suites on SW17th is also gay friendly and convenient.

Wow, I have always used hotwire to gage what price to bid on Priceline but I had no idea that there was a site like this one. Definitely takes a lot of guess work out of the process! THANKS!!!!

A friend of mine also uses http://betterbidding.com. To support betterbidding.com, you should use their link to priceline so they receive a commission: http://www.betterbidding.com/clicks/click.php?afsrc=1&id=40
