Master, Viscount and Dukes

What determines what title one gets? I used to be a charter member but I'm now a Viscount. I think Lucky used to be a charter member also but now he is a Duke.

 

Are there prince, crown prince, king, emperor also?

Prince is on the list, but based on current posting frequencies we're more than a decade away from seeing one and that's as high as it goes so far. We can always add king later (although wouldn't queen be more appropriate? )

Remind me the hierarchy: Duke is the highest before Prince? What's below Duke?

Marquess -> Duke -> Peer

 

The list isn't necessarily accurate and it's sort of a mashup of several hierarchies. (I'm pretty sure no royal has ever been known as apprentice or journeyman.) And it's subject to change.
