Dancers at the 20 Club are constantly complaining about the high fees they have to pay to work there. Complaints are also aired about the Club taking more than 1/2 the cost of a "champagne room" private show. Seems that the dancers at the 20C aren't the only ones being taken advantage of. Next stop, Federal Court!

More than 70 pole dancers have joined a class-action lawsuit against Scores, accusing money-grubbing managers at the jiggle joints of stripping 10 percent off the top of workers' tips.

At a hearing yesterday in Manhattan federal court, a judge urged the sides to speed up settlement talks in the more than year-old suit filed by bartender Siri Diaz, as the women's lawyer, Justin Swartz, announced more employees of the mammary mecca joining as plaintiffs.

"They were taking advantage of women working long hours," said Nicole Ney, who became part of the lawsuit recently and who worked as a hostess at the Upper East Side Scores in 2004.

The suit claims Scores tacked on a $20 surcharge for every $100 in "Diamond Dollars" a patron bought, and then kept another 10 percent cut when the funny money was redeemed.

"These workers made a lot of money for Scores," Swartz said. "Now they're just asking for what's rightfully theirs."
