The 20 Club Gets a New Manager

Dressed as if he just stepped out of Brooks Brothers, Julio, former security guard at the 20C, has now taken on the job as club manager.

 

Julio has been working at the 20C since it opened. He's a towering figure that can always be seen standing by the staircase that leads upstairs to the dancer's area. He's tall, very handsome, has a solid muscular build, and always sports a big friendly smile. IMO, he's the right guy for the job.

 

Many of us know him and wish him all the best in his new position. In speaking with the club's owner, he said he has lots of confidence in him doing a fine job.

 

I'm hoping that once Julio gets comfortable with his new responsibilites, he'll lower the lights in the lap dance area and work in trying to recruit new dancers.

There are many advantages to dimming the lights for both the club and the patrons.

Were the lights in the lap dance areas bright? As I looked up at my dancer, I thought that bright light was just the halo over his head!

The lights in the lap dance area were so bright that the dancers had to use sun-tan lotion to prevent them from burning... Last Sunday the lights were at their brightest. It took me 3 times to find a seat which didn't have the lights either shinning in my face or heating up my head. That's what I'm paying the dancer to do. :-)

 

So, do any of you know the real reason the lights are so bright?

 

Choices:

 

(a) the club wants to see that no rules are being broken

 

(b) the security camera is keeping a record of who gets a woody

(d) since the club makes no money from the lap dances, it turns up the lights real bright to encourage usage of the much darker and private champagne rooms

 

(e) it's done so that patrons can observe the performance of a dancer to decide it he's the right one for them.

The sad part about this is several good dancers have left the club because they are being forced to lure a certain number of customers into the lap dance rooms.

 

The dancer does almost if not more work and only gets 1/2 the money from the dance the club gets the other half. (The dancer already paid about $85.00 bucks to work at the club)

 

Now the customer trys to make up some of the money to the dancer and finds out hes paying almost $200 between the tip that is now directly being asked for by the host/manager bringing you to the room.

 

$120.00 or $150.00 for the lap dance

$20.00 requested tip to the host/manager (how fast he learns)

$40.00 tip to the dancer you wanted to spend time with

you spent either $180.00 or $210.00

I wonder exactly what the customer expected for his money during his lap dance.

Rarely do we see any twinks working at the 20C, but making his 2nd appearance at the club is Costas. His looks are a combo of 2 former Stock boys, Josh and Jo.

 

He's cute with blond hair and blues eyes, extremely friendly and knows how to get very comfortable with the patrons. He gives an excellent lap dance.

 

When you see how popular this dancer has become, it should send a message to management to look for more boys in this category.

 

Btw, new manager Julio did make an attempt to dim the lights in the lap dance area, but then came along this "mean" guy who collects the money for using the champagne room and he turned them back up. :-)

I heard from a reliable source yesterday that the famous TJ from the Gaiety will be at Club 20 this coming Sunday night - he's not dancing but will be in the audience.....

Yes but if you hire someone from Rentboy then you have that embarrassing point in the evening when you have to ask them to go home. At Club 20, they throw you both out of the Champagne Room after 20 minutes so one's blushes are spared.

 

I would love to see Rob Rossi as a regular at Club 20. If the new manager makes that happen, both he and Mr. Rossi would make a lot of money. And that would just be from me.

NEM4M: It's been just about 2 years since the 20C opened and, during that time, there have been a few former Gaiety dancers that have stopped by for a visit (not to dance)... As for TJ, he was at the club about a month ago. He was very friendly and spoke with many of the patrons he's known from the Gaiety... I can't confirm the rumor that he'll be at the club this weekend but, if he is, I'm sure he'll spend time talking to you or anyone else he remembers.

Actually, there could be many reasons why a client or sugar daddy would do this.

 

1: He likes to flaunt his good luck

2: He gets off on seeing other guys try to get what he has

3: He gets a thrill from knowing that at the end of the night, hunk is still going home with him

4: He might be interested in watching his guy get it off with another hottie.

5: He might want to join in and make it a threesome

6: He might be hopeing that hunk will display exhibitionist tendancies and put on a show for the whole room.

My understanding is that he is still in an exclusive arrangement with a client - perhaps the same one he was spotted with at Club 20 previously which someone here posted about.

 

Seems like there is much talk about Scott and this guy on the muscle service station board - and the guy brings scott/TJ to nyc periodically and then hires other guys to join them for the night or whatever. I guess from the posting there a dancer named Gary has been with them before and today I saw that that they have Dr. Mike and a guy named Johnny Castle (I am not familiar with him) joining them this trip.

 

Hopefully someone will report from Club 20 this week.

NEM4M: Thanks for the information. It will be great if all those guys do show up at the 20C. If so, I definitely will post about it.

 

I haven't seen Dr. Mike since the days of the Gaiety and I definitely would like to see Johnny Castle in person. He received rave reviews when he was dancing with the stars at Stock Bar. Gary by far has the best total body build at the 20C, and like TJ, has that warm/friendly personality. Excellent choices.

 

WOW! This client is one lucky guy. When I grow up I want to be just like him. :-)
