Montreal Update - May 22

Montreal, the Village, Ste Catherine, the stripper clubs, and the boys are flourishing as spring arrives. Last Saturday, which was gorgeous and warm, encouraged hordes of beautiful young guys to walk along the street in sandals, tank tops, and shorts. The restaurants and bars all opened their windows, so you could look in, lean in and talk with friends, look out and beckon, and just have fun. The Village has planted palm trees all along Ste Catherine! Really! It looks like the Las Olas of the North. Decorative Sweet Potato plants fill the huge pots for the palms. No smoking indoors in Montreal any more, so crowds of guys were outside each bar, restaurant, and club, puffing away. One of the advantages was that outside Stock , six of their cutest dancers were lolling shirtless, enjoying the sun and a smoke, while the crowds could enjoy them.

 

Taboo currently features about 50 guys over the course of a week; it is a Golden Age. On WED, 25 danced, on THURS 25 danced, on FRI 25 danced, on Saturday 30 danced, and on Sunday 12 danced. All are beautiful, cute, energetic, sexy, cooperative, and fun. Not a loser in the group. This is perhaps the best assortment of dancers that Taboo has ever offered. There are some outstanding guys, lots of really good guys, and a few who are OK. But no bad ones at all. It was a pleasure going every evening, and every evening was enjoyable and filled with good entertainment, on stage, at the tables, and in the back room. The guardian ogre was not bad at all. Jerry is waiting tables, along with Sam (in blond hair) some nights and with Ghislain or Diego other nights. If you have not yet been to Montreal, remember that dancers perform in groups of three - first each does a slow dance with some clothes on, but then they each do a second dance totally nude - totally. In the other bars, the guys tend to lower their briefs and show their bodies, but keep some clothes on, but at Taboo, the dancers are totally nude. Tim - is an exchange student from Moscow, in music. He must be a descendant of the original Vikings. He has reddish blond hair and an alabaster white smooth body. He also swims, so he has firmness and some definition. He has that great round firm Russian ass. He is very new, a little unsure, but very nice, very good, and quite willing to do as asked.

Tyler - is extremely popular. He's young, tall, slender, smooth, cool, does a beautiful sensual dance, walks with great posture that shows his butt off beautifully and head held high. I just want to correct one statement you made about the dancers at the other clubs not removing all their clothing. As far as Campus goes this is just bullshit. They take it all off, and sport their hard-ons during their slow dances. Can't comment on Stock during recent periods but in the past their dancers also took it all off. I don't mind those who wish to extoll the virtues of their favorite club but they should not spread disinformation about the competition. x(

To Be or Not To Be - Totally Nude

 

Perhaps we are using different meanings. Many of the dancers at Campus and Stock do not remove and step out of their pants or underwear (and put them someplace else). They lower them to their thighs for a while or sometimes their ankles, they pull them up and down during the slow dance and show their cocks and asses intermittently, but they most definitely do not dance on stage with nothing on. Of twelve dancers I watched at Stock one night (I counted), only one removed all his clothing for the slow dance and walked around on the stage butt-naked. The others were all clutching their briefs and moving them up and down from their thighs. Yes, we are agreed, they show everything = they are totally naked. Do they walk around on stage completely without clothing? = no.

CAMPUS

 

CAMPUS is open every day from 3:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. with dancers continuously. They start with about four dancers at 3:00 p.m. and then more dancers appear every half hour. By 5:00 there are 15-20 dancers and more keep coming until 9:00. Then the earliest arriving dancers begin to leave and more dancers with bigger physiques and generally older continue arriving. It is a very busy place. The stage is the same as always, but new lighting has been installed, which is very good. Smaller fixtures on the ceiling and they no longer shine in customers' eyes. Banquettes are now on either side of the stage.

 

The afternoon session of dancing from 3-9 p.m. features dancers with slight to medium physiques and cute boyish features. Six of the afternoon dancers this week were almost perfect - handsome, cute guys with beautifully proportioned and nicely developed bodies, but not muscle builders. If you were looking for extremely good looking models with smooth, nicely defined bodies, these six would be your dream men. All smiled at the audience, had great teeth, beautiful abs and pecs, well hung, beautiful round firm butts, and very nice legs. They would be dream dates for anyone. None seemed to have attitude. All were available for lap dances and mingled in the audience throughout the afternoon. They were pretty incredible. Lap dances were $10 and $20. According to the official signs, $20 was for dances behind closed curtains in total privacy and involved touching. $10 was for the traditional booths and no touching. I spoke with a number of dancers and had a number of lap dances. Two guys adhered strictly to the policy and refused to allow any touching anywhere for $10 - and I did not go with them. The others all smiled and said negotiation was possible which would keep us both happy. It did, and I had a number of happy $10 experiences in back.

 

The six young Adonises are:

 

Dominic - who is about 5'10', perfectly proportioned, nicely tanned all over, handsome smiling happy face, well developed and defined chest and abdomen, butt and thighs, nice cock and balls, performed well in both fast and slow dance, stripped completely, very nice. He is not a body builder, no muscles bulged, but he has a splendid body.

Helmut - formerly of Taboo, is better than ever. His waist is much trimmer and his chest better developed with amazing pecs and then beautifully defined abs. He is superb looking and as nice as can be. Great lap dance.

Rocky - is relatively new and stunning. He dances with elan and has a body that is the result of much time in the gym. But he is in no way overbuilt. Great smile, great cock, beautiful ass, wonderful chest, and stunning all over.

Sasha - is probably the shortest of this group, maybe 5'7", but very nice body, well developed and good dancer. He smiles and stripped completely during his slow dance. He is one of the two to refuse to negotiate on $10 dance, but he looked very nice.

Brendan - is a little stocky, red haired, alabaster skin, and totally shaved pubes.

John - has a shaved head, a very tight muscular body, and works in construction.

Yuki - and I am not sure at all of that spelling, has a very nice smooth body and wild hair.

Jose - is from Mexico and a friend of Helmut. He has a beautiful smooth body, beautifully proportioned, and he shows it off well. Once he smiled, and it was dazzling, but usually he is glum looking. He could be one of the best, but he needs to work on his public relations.

ESCORTS. Montreal currently seems to have a great many escorts available; school has finished and lots of guys want to earn some money. As other posters have noted, dancers and escorts are not the same. You will be happiest and most satisfied if you get an escort who comes prepared to offer full services; trying to talk a cute dancer into performing is usually not a good idea. In the current issue of Fugues , the gay magazine in Montreal, there are six agencies listed which claim to have a variety of escorts in all sizes, shapes, and ages. In addition, there are many individuals advertising. I worked only with Tender Moments Agency, but they have provided excellent escorts for several years. It would be helpful if others tried the other agencies and let us know how they are.

Montreal possesses one of the finest botanic gardens in the world. It is very large and situated on the upper east side just north of the Olympic Stadium, but very easily accessible. Just take the Green Line Metro to the Pie IX stop. Get out to the left (Exit Pie IX) and then turn right up the street for one block. The entrance to the Botanic Garden is right across the street. Montreal is just experiencing spring right now, two months after Washington, D.C. But Montreal has more tulips than any other city - millions and millions in incredible colors and huge beds. There are also, right now, flowering crab trees in many colors, lilacs, hyacinths, daffodils, irises, and many other spring flowers. If you want to see spring at its best, and you missed it in Indianapolis, head for Montreal. There is a splendid Chinese Garden, the largest outside China, a Japanese Garden, an English Garden/Flowing Brook, and an incredible Alpine Garden (with subsections for Pyrenees, Caucusus, and Carpathians). A mountainous landscape is covered with masses of blossoming wild flowers. And there is a nice restaurant with large areas for open air seating. There is also a greenhouse with 10 different greenhouses linked together. It is well worth a visit one day.

STOCK and ADONIS

 

STOCK BAR was certainly the most crowded of all the bars last Saturday, with at least 100 patrons, maybe 200; it's hard to count a crowd. The space is very large, and it was filled. There is a bar on the right side, and another on the left side, and several good-looking young drink servers who are friendly and efficient. The stage is large and deep and professional looking, and the ceiling is high. There are lots of tables for sitting, plus seats all along both bars, and seats on a raised platform/balcony on the left side. The crowd was made up mostly of young and middle-aged groups of men. They came and went all evening. Everyone seemed to be having a good time, and there is a general party atmosphere.

 

There were at least 25 dancers. If the dancers at TABOO are young and slender (in general), and the dancers at CAMPUS during the afternoon and early evening have swimmers' builds and a little more (in general), the dancers at STOCK are buff, buffer, and big-body-builders. Jackson was a black dancer with a magnificent body and very popular. While I was there, several dancers stopped at my table to say hello, chat, and then invite me to a $20 lap dance which would provide pleasures beyond description. When I declined, they were pleasant and polite, wished me a pleasant evening, and moved on to the next customer. I don't think all dancers circulated like this, but a number did.

 

ADONIS is another story. On Wednesday at midnight, there were only the bartender and the dj in the bar. On Thursday at 11:30 p.m. there were the dj, the bartender, and two old men asleep in their chairs. On Friday, there were the dj, the bartender, two old men sleeping, and two more old men staring at the wall, and one skinhead dancer sitting at the bar. On Saturday, when the other three stripper bars were booming, there were ten customers here, the skinhead and a black dancer at the bar. No one had been dancing any of those nights. On Sunday there were nine customers, a dancer on stage and another dancer by the door. It did not seem worth staying. However, on the MER Board today, TPL reports that he found a dancer he liked on Sunday at Adonis, so perhaps there is more.

One of Best Times Ever

 

You're right. The Sake Exhibit in the Japanese Pavilion was informative and excellent. It now means much more to me than something to drink with sushi. And the Tofu/Soybean Exhibit in one of the Chinese Buildings was also very good. One of my uncles farms soybeans, and I told him about it.

 

All in all, this was one of my most enjoyable trips to Montreal - great sightseeing in the morning and early afternoon, great dancers and lap dances at Campus in the late afternoons, a cute escort for a fulfilling private each day, and delightful evenings and satisfying lap dances at Taboo at night. I'm still recovering, but with a great grin on my face. I recommend Montreal right now very highly as a fantastic opportunity to anyone else who enjoys these sorts of things!
