The 20 Club welcomes in the new year

Excellent first show of the new year. Lineup had 27 dancers and the patron turn out was good.

 

As for any new changes, I didn't see any and everyone I asked said nothing had changed. Well, not exactly true. If you're at the club for the 2-4-1 Happy Hour, both drinks are now served at the same time. Not good if you're ordering a cold beer... Also, a new rule was just inforced that you can't bring pets into the club, even if in a cage. Yes, someone actually tried. :-)

One very friendly gentleman who reads this board told me he had been to XL in Providence, RI. Said there were over 30 dancers and definitly worth a visit. The shower shows sounds very erotic with audience participation.

I have been going to XL every few weeks for the last six moths or so. The place is large, the dancers range from twinks to muscleboys and everything in between. On occasion they have shower shows that you can participate in (helping soap up, wash, and dry the dancers), and thier privates are just that, private. Boths with doors that lock. $20.00 dollars goes to the house for each private, and the rest goes to the dancer. The privates last about 15 minutes usually. Drink prices are not the highest I have ever seen, but they are not cheap either. I always have a good time when I go there. I believe thier website is clubxlri.com

Thanks for posting the info on XL. Sounds like it's definitely worth a drive up I-95. I was wondering how much privates go for...$20 to the house sounds reasonable compared with clubs in NYC. Also, how many dancers do they get on a typical night? It looks from the club's website that they have dancers every night of the week, but I would suppose that Friday and Saturday nights are the best attended.

XL sounds pretty hot.Does anyone know or can recommend hotels nearby the club?

I have mixed reviews on the club. I travel to Providence every couple of weeks. I have seen the club with great dancers and other times very poor. I wish they would update the web site more often with the dancers. Also last time there the private dance prices seemed to go way up, two of the dancers were asking $50 per song. So for about 10 to 15 minutes it's $200.

 

Also a great place to stay is Radison Providence Harbor, it's very close to the club.

Can't say I have ever paid that much for a private dance at XL. Most of the dances have been between $50, and $100 for 10-15 minutes. It all depends on what you work out with the dancer before hand. I have been there with as few as 8 dancers and as many as 15. I go there every few weeks, usually on a Friday night, and have several "regulars" that I see. The dancers go up on stage one at a time on a rotation basis, and end up nude (and hard) thier third time up. They circulate around the bar talking to patrons when they are not on stage. I will be there this Friday as a matter of fact. I can't wait.

The only hotel I have stayed in there is the Fairfield Inn by Marriot on Jefferson Blvd. which is about 10 minutes from the club.

Hey Knight, brfore this trip to the club I agree it was an average of 100 for a good private. Last time I was there 3 dancers quoted the same price of 50 per song. Also check out the Radison, it's across from the club on the water and usually under 100.

Another fun night at the 20 Club. Lineup included 22 dancers, most of whom have danced there before... Two new additions were brothers Jay and Brandon from Philly. Very good looking guys with tight slender builds. Also new was Franco from Peru. He has a medium build and was wearing briefs that barely covered his privates.
