Looks as if TJ and Trevor may stay stay neck-and-neck right up to the closing of the polls. If my calculation is right, TJ is still ahead by three votes; so, in submitting my slate, I'll make them literally tied.

My reasoning may be gratuitous, but here it is anyway.

 

A couple of weeks ago (in the nearly-vanished "Who should be Mr. Gaiety?" thread), manrent1 voted resoundingly for Trevor as the guy who had it all:

 

Hot

Hung

Beautiful

Eyes to die for

Smile that kills

Personality for days

Loads that shoot and shoot

All around stud!

 

I immediately seconded that, saying:

 

No doubt about it, Trevor is a superb candidate. Hard to beat, in fact. In addition to the excellent qualities already cited, he has also acted as DJ at the Gaiety several times (and done it very well, I hear), and he's gotta be one of the nicest guys who has ever appeared there.

 

I'll bet if you could have all the Gaiety dancers cast votes of their own, they'd probably end up electing HIM!

As for my voting for Dave, I've explained why at great length somewhere or other. (Can't find that post at the moment, but maybe it's in the same thread.) I'd like to add one more reason now. If, as I've heard, Dave is going to be largely responsible for recruiting new talent from Canada, Gaiety patrons will have still another reason to appreciate the guy: he'll be introducing us to a whole new generation of beauties!

Finally, I'm giving my third (but no less enthusiastic) vote to Nick.

 

I'd have voted for him in any case, but if I hadn't, I'd have to hand in my golden tape measure and caliphers and resign my seat on the Size Queens' Council--something I have no intention of doing.

Personally, I don't think it's a good idea to inform the dances just yet who's in the lead. Results can change very quickly... Don't forget, Trevor is a competitive body-builder, where winning means a lot. He just might beat the crap out of you if he loses. :-)
