I'm supposed to meet up with a friend this evening at some bar in the East Village alled 12 Devils or 13 Devils or something like that. Has anyone heard of this place? I'm not even sure of the name but know it's a number of devils. If you know or can give me an idea I would greatly appreciate it. I have no way to getting ahold of my buddy until we meet tonight so if you know...
