Saving a jpg from a download: Nothing works!

Downloaded some (adult) screengrabs from this rapidshare link:

I downloaded it via Firefox and it appeared on my screen (although oddly it did not ask me where to save it, which I have set already in my download options).

 

Right-click would only save a 13 K blank file. File-Save-As would only save the same thing. Setting it as my desktop item got me the image on my desktop but I could not locate it anywhere on my computer.

 

I suspect part of this is because I'm running Windows 98, but I'm not completely sure.

 

Any clues?

It's not a win98 issue. I see the same thing in WinXP.

 

Don't know what to tell you. It is what it is.
