It has been raised in another thread elsewhere but I thought maybe it would be better to go to the source for some clarification. The review concerns three escorts, all of whom appear on today's reviews, but when you go to the review indicated for the foursome, there is nothing, only older reviews involving the individual escorts with different clients. So what gives?

Also, there is a party hat icon attached to all three reviews, something I don't recall seeing before. Is this supposed to signify something other than that I assume the reviewer probably had a hell of a good time with the 3 escorts concerned! Curious minds want to know.:p

>Funny, I thought Daddy's Place had something to do with

>Daddy. Silly me!x(

I've lobbied to have the name of this forum changed for at least two years, but you've been around long enough to know that problems with reviews should be reported to daddy@male4malescorts.com. <shrug>

Reviews are handled separately from the MC. Always have been. This is not new.

RE: I Didn't get The Memo

I can vouch that there is a Daddy as I have met him. He is an engaging, blustery fellow with a real talent for spotting street hustlers and an encyclopedic knowledge of hustling history. He gave me a fascinating tour of Seattle's past hustler glory.

So, if he in fact has decided to go "behind the curtain" and no longer be drawn in to discussions here, I would see that as a loss for the message center. It would be a big change from the way Hooboy did things as he often interacted with us. Daddy has a lot to offer the discussions here, so I encourage him not to restrict conversations only to those who email him.

Deej, formerly a moderator here, runs interference very time someone raises a question about the review process. Now he suggests that this forum shouldn't even be called Daddy's forum anymore. If Daddy has named deej his spokesperson, I didn't get the memo! If he has an official rank in the administration here, why not be upfront about it?

RE: I Didn't get The Memo

Well put Lucky. I wish I could meet Daddy. I rubbed elbows unknowingly with HooBoy. . .and was shocked and pleased to learn later that we shared a lot of the same tastes. In fact our Little Black Books could almost be duplicates. LOL

The other HB (aka HB lite)

RE: Tech Support is closed

Your comments are much appreciated, Steven. But the feeling is clearly not universal and we wouldn't want Lucky getting his panties in a bunch again.

From now on, we'll just wait for the other admin to answer questions here.

Has anything ever been universal here :D

I hope that you ignore the poster known

as Lucky. Its clear he has a specific

agenda here and I don't feel he speaks

for the majority of us.

Your insight into this site is quite valuable.

You've been around for many years and have always

offered assistance whether as a moderator or

simply a poster. Many times you responded

when other moderators

simply side-stepped questions.

I'm sure daddy is busy maintaining this site and

doesn't have time to answer every question that comes up

in this forum or the others. And as Lucky suggests I hope he

daddy doesn't feel he needs to conform to

Lucky's standards especially the unfair

comparison to HB's style.

People like you, deej, who

pitch in serve the community well. I've learned

from your tech experience, as one example.

I hope you reconsider.

Just my thoughts.

RE: Deej In Charge

The "other" admin? So you are saying that you are in fact an "admin" here? Why so secret about it?

My point is that when someone asks a question of Daddy they should get more than a snitty reply from deej. I think you turn away more people than not. But that is just my opinion. I am not part of the deej empire!

It's been in your face for more than a year. Look at the icon next to my name. Now find the other two that are the same color.

It's on public display and always has been. The fact that you didn't notice doesn't turn it into an issue for me. <shrug>

Oh, an icon, huh? What was wrong with an announcement? You let everybody think that you left your moderator position and just became one of us ordinary curmudgeons when really you got promoted after your Great Meltdown? Again, why not be upfront about it?

You're pissing into the wind, Lucky. It isn't hidden and never has been.

I've been an admin since shortly after Hooboy's death because someone was needed as backup and I had the necessary tech skills and a history with the site. If it twists your shorts that you never noticed, well tough. It's your issue, not mine.

Why would you feel you're owed an announcement? It has been pretty obvious that while deej took a break from being a moderator he still continued as an admin to the site.

You really feel as if you should be in charge here don't you? And if you respond no then how do you explain this continued attack on deej or your post demanding Barry step down as a moderator. It appears the only moderator you don't have a problem with is your friend Cooper. Hey, maybe your good pal should have clued you in on deej's status.

RE: Deej In Charge

Your response is a perfect example of why you are not fit to be a manager here, deej. We had this same problem when you were a moderator...

I am enjoying the irony, however, of seeing empire become such a cheerleader for you!

Hmmm... you had no problem with it for a year and a half but suddenly now that you know about it it's a problem. I think I see where this is going.

Thank you for playing.

RE: Deej In Charge

Since I started this thread, I thought I would throw my 2 cents in at this point. Although I am a frequent poster on this site, I more or less ignore who is actually running the place. As long as it functions satisfactorily, that's OK with me. But I recall the hullabaloo when this site was closed down for several weeks because things were getting out of control. After that a new agreement was introduced by Daddy with much fanfare which contained explicit ground rules for participating in this forum.

I don't recall any announcement by Daddy that other administrative changes were also being made. Maybe I missed something. But it seems funny to me that a change in someone's function such as deej would just be signalled by adding an obscure little icon to his name. I think Daddy should have posted something at the time. As I now understand, Daddy has little interest in this board. That's fine. But since he's in charge overall, there are times when it behooves him to participate, in my humble opinion, so that people are aware what is going on in a general sense, or when significant changes are being made. As I said at the outset, just my 2 cents worth.
