Posting of Pictures

I just noticed the statement concerning new Federal regulations for pictures and that you're making an inventory of the site.

 

I'm one of those that periodically posts pictures in the Message Center. Would it make your job easier if no pictures were posted until you advise we can start posting again?

 

Can we post pictures that are strictly "G" rated without creating problems for the site?

 

Appreciate your response and would welcome any guidelines to make sure M4M remains legal.

G-rated should be OK.

 

The law is vague and self-contradictory. One section clearly talks about sex (or simulated sex) between two or more people, and another could be interpreted as applying to any hardon photo.

 

We'll appreciate your self-restraint while the lawyers sort this out. Right now, talk to any three lawyers and you'll get at least four different opinions. x(
