Trend Micro Virus and spyware detector and firewall...Would you recommend?

A friend has recommended the Trend Micro Virus/Spyware protector and Firewall program. I have used it and am completing my test phase. Does anyone have an opinion good or bad regarding the program. Also I'm not clear if after I pay to register the program, do I have to subscribe for (pay for) future updates. I have installed it on 3 of my computers. Do I need an indivitual license for each one?

My opinion is it's only good if you (and they) keep the virus definitions up to date, as are all anti-virus programs.

 

As for licensing, shouldn't you really ask them?
