I have placed some pictures (of family) on the epson site. It creates thumbnails for you and if you click on them you get the full size. Several people have no problem, but three have written that when they click on the thumbnail, nothing happens. Could someone help? Thanks.

Your best bet is to ask for help on the Epson site. Surely they have a support message board or some other mechanism? Or at the very least, a FAQ?

 

Having said that, you'll have to find the common denominator among the 3 people who can't click the thumbnails. Are they running an older browser that doesn't support scripting? Are they running the AOL browser? (If so, tell them to put one hand on the desk and slap it with the other hand.)

 

This is definitely a client-side issue or it wouldn't work for anyone. Something in their configuration is preventing whatever the epson site is trying to do.

 

Check the Epson site for a FAQ. You'll probably find this covered.

Perhaps they are taking the "click the thumbnail" too literally?
