!!!!Microsoft Entourage GONE!

Need Help ASAP. Installed Mac OS 9.2.2 update this morning and then when Entourage booted ALL MY FOLDERS, and therefore old and current emails, and SETTINGS were gone, instead there was a welcome message from Microsoft Office.

 

I've searched my drives for the names of my missing folders, "Shopping", "Turkey" etc, but they are GONE. Techtool isn't locating them anyway. Anybody have any idea how I can resurrect the old folders? The settings, obviously I can re-enter, but I REALLY want all my old emails back.

 

If I were going to pay for technical support on this, should I seek help from Mac or from Microsoft Office?

That is where I would go first to see if someone else suffered the same misfortune.

I wonder if your Identity Database needs to be rebuilt or moved?
