Moderated/Unmoderated status

I thought it was a big deal to be unmoderated around here. A sign that someone was sufficiently sober and well behaved to not have to have his posts reviewed by someone trustworthy.

 

Apparently not. Based on the tear pukeondeej has wrought on this site in the span of what 12 hrs?

 

Could the admins of this site review and strengthen their policies on moderation? And also review removing people who abuse the internal email system.
